Terms & Conditions for aq88 — Bangladesh's Online Betting Platform

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the aq88 website accessible at aq88.bar and all associated services, products, and features made available to registered players.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered a valid account on the aq88 platform and has been verified as meeting the minimum eligibility requirements.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon completing the aq88 registration process, holding a BDT balance and transaction history.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Registering, operating, or having access to more than one account — whether using different names, email addresses, payment accounts, or device identifiers — is a material breach of these Terms. aq88 uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and may close all associated accounts and withhold any balances where multiple accounts are identified.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to access the Platform using your Account. aq88 will treat any action taken using your Account credentials as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the aq88 support team immediately via the contact details set out in Section 13.

aq88 reserves the right to implement additional security measures at any time, including two-factor authentication, device verification, and transaction monitoring, and to require Players to complete such measures as a condition of continued Account access.

aq88 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). aq88 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Minimum deposit: ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your Account and may vary by payment method. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may be applied at account level based on verification status and transaction history.

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are not immediately withdrawable. Real-money funds in the main Balance are available for withdrawal at any time, subject to verification.

A bet is confirmed only when it has been accepted by the aq88 system and a bet confirmation reference number has been generated. Bets displayed as "pending" have not been confirmed and carry no financial obligation. aq88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where:

• Any decision by aq88 to void, reverse, or decline a bet in accordance with these Terms.
• Any tax liability arising from winnings, which remains the sole responsibility of the Player under applicable Bangladesh tax law.

aq88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit aq88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Closure by the Player: Players may request permanent closure of their Account at any time by contacting the aq88 support team. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of active bonus conditions) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Closure by aq88: aq88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account without prior notice in the event of:

• A material breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity connected to the Account.
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within the timeframe specified by aq88.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension or closure.
• The Player's Account having been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager activity) for a continuous period of 12 months.

Where an Account is closed by aq88 due to a material breach, aq88 reserves the right to retain the Account Balance as compensation for losses, costs, or damages suffered as a result of the breach. Where closure is due to verification failure or inactivity, the Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method subject to applicable processing timelines.

aq88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, aq88 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 11. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of any changes.

No amendment to these Terms shall affect any bet, wager, or transaction that was fully completed before the effective date of the amendment.
